My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very nice, and we had a great view over the Waterfront and harbor. The housekeeping was efficient, ensuring a clean environment for us. The staff were courteous, quick to respond to our requests, and took precautions to maintain a safe environment. The location was perfect for our conference, right across the street. The dining experience was fabulous with a variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience with only minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers basic city hotel rooms with all necessary amenities, including clean rooms with complimentary wine and treats; however, the rooms had a noticeable smoke smell and felt cramped during service. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service to guests, especially children. The location is ideal for exploring the V&A Waterfront and the convention center, but there were some minor issues with guests swimming fully clothed. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, though lacking in fresh vegetables and quality breakfast choices. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel offers excellent views over the Waterfront and harbor, adjacent to CTICC, perfect for my visit with my 2 adult sons. The rooms are comfortable and overlook the V & A Waterfront, although some maintenance is needed, and the dining experience was not great.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and pleasant, perfect for exploring Cape Town. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of food. However, the lack of bottled water in the room was a bit disappointing.
The hotel seems to have some room for improvement but it's in a good location near the Waterfront. The rooms, although dated, are alright but the bathrooms need some updating. The service was friendly and helpful overall. Dining was a bit hit or miss. The hotel offers convenience in its location and some level of comfort despite areas needing refreshing.
The hotel rooms were of a very good size, but lacked basic amenities like full-length mirrors and sufficient lighting. The AC/heating system was noisy and windows were small, depriving us of Cape Town's beautiful light. Waiting an hour with a sleeping baby without an apology upon arrival was disappointing, and the overpriced nature of the hotel, including plastic coffee spoons, was not worth it.
